How to plan and book your event
1. To get a date that best suits your staff/friends display 3 of the proposed event forms together with 3 different dates on them,
this way you will be able to find the date that will be of most benefit by getting the best attendance level. Download the form here.
2. Take note of any special requirements or requests that either your company/staff or friends have for the event, and include them on the booking form.
3. Collect your players deposits (£10 per player). This is needed to secure your places, until your deposit is paid your places/booking are not secured for you and are still open to other groups. Deposits are non refundable.
4. Pay your deposit by Cash - in person at FRV or by other arrangement
Cheque - payable to FRV Airsoft and sent to 39 Whitla Road, Lisburn, BT28 3PS or by Paypal - www.paypal.com
5. Make your travel and transport arrangements.
Arrive at FRV to collect your weapons and ammunition and
prepare for the buzz on adrenalin that is airsoft!
